Are you stuck and your Amazon WorkSpace Client is unable to connect?
Verify that the Microsoft Group Policy Settings below are not enabled to deliver an Interactive Logon Banner as this is not supported within Amazon WorkSpaces.
- Interactive logon: Message text for users attempting to logon
- Interactive logon: Message title for users attempting to logon

“Implementing an interactive logon message to display a logon banner prevents users from being able to access their WorkSpace. The interactive logon message Group Policy setting is not currently supported by Amazon WorkSpaces”.
Remove or block this setting on the WorkSpaces target GPO / OU and ensure the policy tattooing has been removed from the WorkSpace, then relaunch the client and connect.
