David Reese serves as Chairman of API Systems, Inc., a position he has held for over 10 years. David began his career at Deloitte, where he focused on the consumer electronics industry.
David previously served as Chairman, President and CEO of ACTV Inc., a NASDAQ listed digital media company. David arranged the sale of ACTV to DirecTV parent Liberty Media, and concluded his consulting relationship with Liberty Media in 2008.
David was the first chair of the Advisory Board of Penn State’s College of Information Sciences and Technology. David led a team of corporate experts who devised a program whose graduates would understand the impact of technology on business, government, social services and education in a digital, global economy. He remains an active member of the committee.

Tom Boller is the founder of API Systems and served as President since the inception of the Company in 1991. Tom was responsible for overseeing the Company’s transition to a full-service IT consultancy.
Tom founded the company on the belief that providing an exceptional customer experience is paramount, and that vision drives API today.
Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Rick Mina has held the positions of President and CEO of both Foot Locker and Champs Sports and serves on the Board of Directors for API Systems, Inc.
Mina is recognized as a global business leader, spearheading growth and profitability for a Fortune 500 company through the opening of new markets on three continents to American retailing. He has a track record of building enterprise value resulting in high level buyouts.
He currently serves as President of the venture investment firm Clearview Retail Holdings and as a Director for the Villa athletic specialty retail venture. Mina has a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Fordham University.
Chief Technology Officer
Roger has over 30 years of experience as a Technology industry leader. He was a founding officer of Verizon Wireless, and served as CIO and CTO for both the wireless and wireline companies of Verizon. Roger was instrumental in deploying 4G and 5G technologies at Verizon, and played a key role in enhancing the telecom industry. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and CIO of Bell Atlantic, which later merged with Vodafone AirTouch, and GTE to become Verizon.
